Pension fund Trustees play a critically important role in the management and administration of pension funds in Zimbabwe. As a way of bridging the knowledge gap for Trustees in Zimbabwe, the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe (IIZ) introduced a Trusteeship qualification at COP level. The qualification entitled “COP in Retirement Fund Trusteeship” is a one module exam which comes as a two-hour multiple-choice examination with a pass mark of 70%. The module covers the following topics;
